Therapeutic swimming center
Approval-stage visualisation for Aquamarina, a therapeutic swimming centre on the pier front of Trieste's Porto Vecchio. A compact white volume of tapered fins, with seawater pools held behind full-height glazing open to the marina. Produced with UNDR Studio for TECO+ Partners, commissioned through IBRIC Studio.
The marina front sets the terms. Inside, the same rationing of light has to hold at the length of a swimming lane. Day, dusk and interior views built to support the project presentation, so a building this size could be judged before it existed.
